Community Building Rental
RENTING THE COMMUNITY BUILDING
- Call the Town Clerk’s office at (802) 584-3276 or email [email protected]
- The schedule will be checked and if available your event can be booked.
- CB Rental Forms needs to be filled out and returned along with a $100 Deposit.
- Payment of the rental fee needs to be dropped off when the key is picked up, this is either the Wed or Thur before the event.
After the event the key can be returned in the mail drop slot to the left of the Town Clerk’s door.
Once the key is returned and all trash has properly been removed and floors swept and gym in good order, the deposit can be returned. If paid by cash please stop by Town Clerk’s Office to pick up. After 30 days if a cash deposit is not picked up it will be a donation to the Community Building Improvements Reserve Fund.
