Groton property tax bills will be mailed out Sept. 1st. with the due date of Nov. 3rd.

In the envelope with the tax bill will be a sticker for the Groton/Ryegate Recycling Center. This sticker is free to Groton and Ryegate tax payers allowing free access to dropping off your recycling at the East Ryegate location.

People from outside our communities are still able to go to the Recycling Center but will need to purchase a sticker for $25. These stickers are available at the Groton and Ryegate Town Clerk’s Office and at the Recycling Station in East Ryegate.

This program will go into effect October 1, 2023
