  • Groton Lunches with Friends (a variation of Senior Meals) will be starting sometime in November, Thursdays at noon in Groton. Watch for the starting Date – it will be posted on this website. Volunteers are welcome!  Contact Jean Denson at 584-3365. We hope to see you all there!

  • Ordinance Regarding the Groton Railroad Bed and Town Parking Areas
    adopted on September 27, 2018. Related Announcement   Ordinance 

  • The Groton town wide Reappraisal is in process. The reappraisals will be done by the Vermont Appraisal Company.  More information.  Notification was sent to Groton property owners on June 7th. Copy of the notification. As of 10/17, properties off of main roads such as Route 302 are currently being examined.

  • Tues, Nov 13. Coffee and Conversation with BMU Administrators at 6:00-7:00 pm to answer questions, involve parents, and discuss next steps for a positive school community. In the BMU Library.

  • Sat, Nov 17: Latin Dance Night in Groton 6:30-9:30 at the
    Groton Community Building, Main Street (Rte. 302). Admission: by donation
    Sponsored by the Groton Recreation Committee. Flyer

  • Thurs, Nov 22: Groton Community Thanksgiving Dinner in the Groton United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall at noon.  Free to all!  Any donations made will go to support the Senior Meals coming soon - Groton Lunches with Friends!
