  • A Reappraisal Notification was sent to Groton property owners on June 7th. Copy of the notification.

  • The Groton Forest Trail Run will take place Saturday, Sept 8th. There will be 26.5 and 15 Mile runs throughout the Forest starting at Boulder Beach. Sponsors: Cross Vermont Trail Association.   More information including course description and online registration.

  • Mon, June 18: Special Selectboard meeting on School District with David Kelley. Community Building at 6:30 pm.  Agenda
  • Thurs, June 21: Groton Methodist Church Third Thursday Supper by the famous Church ladies!  The menu is Apricot chicken and/or chicken with barbecue sauce. Rice, veggies and dessert.  Come eat in or take out.  5:00 until 7:00 or until food runs out. By donation. In the center of Groton on Route 302.
  • Sat, July 7: Lake Groton Association fireworks. Boulder Beach State Park admission will be free starting at 8:00 pm. Donations are appreciated for the fireworks - please send to: Susan Pelkey Smith, 119 Spoor Road, Groton, VT 05046. Rain date is Sunday, July 8th.
  • Sat, Sept 8: Groton Forest Trail Run will take place. See more information above.
