  • Free Zumba starts Sunday, Oct. 11th! Sponsored by the Town of Groton Recreation Committee & open to residents of all towns. 8 Sunday mornings, Oct. 11 through Nov. 29: 8:30-9:30am. This exercise class is taught by a certified, experienced instructor.  Zumba can be low OR high impact, depending on how you like to groove.  Spread the word!
