  • Santa Claus Is Coming To Town!  December 12th.
  • You can now fax & scan at the Groton library!  Thanks to the Friends of the Library fundraising efforts, the library can now offer this service to patrons.  We ask $1 per page for faxes, and scanning is free.
  • Groton Stump Dump Closed. NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF GROTON - The Stump Dump is no longer accepting materials of any type.  The Ryegate Recycling Center is accepting small quantities of brush and unpainted wood building materials from Groton residents.  Residents that have a bank are asked to utilize them to the best of your ability.  As a reminder it is illegal to dump leaves, brush and yard debris over a bank off of a roadway or onto a neighbors property.  A burn permit may be issued from the Fire warden for small quantities of leaves and brush, (at The Fire Warden's discretion).
